By accessing or purchasing any content or membership offered by Epykomene, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Epykomene provides access to:

  • Live sessions, group discussions, and strategic advisory content

  • Educational materials, tools, written resources, and curated content

All services are provided for educational, strategic, and informational purposes only.

3. Memberships & Payments

Some services are offered as recurring monthly memberships.
By subscribing, you authorize Epykomene to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and may be subject to change. Any price change will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will stop future payments but does not retroactively refund past charges.

A 15-day money-back guarantee applies to new memberships.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 15 days of your initial purchase by contacting us.

5. Access & Availability

Access to services is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
Epykomene does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Epykomene — including texts, videos, audio, tools, and materials — is the exclusive property of Epykomene.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the services respectfully and lawfully.
Epykomene reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Epykomene shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
You acknowledge that results depend on individual circumstances and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
